4CornersOS Terms of Service

4CornersOS is a trade name of Anvil GTM LLC ("Anvil GTM," "we," "us"). Coaches, clubs, facilities, and school programs use it to run their own sites and player portals. These Terms cover your 4CornersOS account and your use of the software — nothing else. Your account is created when you first register, book, or buy on a coach's site. Anything you buy from your coach, and the coaching itself, is between you and your coach under their terms, including any waiver they ask you to accept. 4CornersOS is available in the United States only. Read these alongside the Privacy Notice.

"Coach" means the business whose site you're using, plus the staff they authorize. "You" means the account holder: a parent or legal guardian, an adult athlete, or an athlete 13 to 17 who holds their own account with a parent or guardian's permission.

1. Who this is between

  • You and your Coach: the training, prices, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, scheduling, facility rules, and any waiver or policy they ask you to accept. Questions about any of that go to your Coach. Anvil GTM is not a party to your agreement with your Coach.
  • You and Anvil GTM: the software only. We're not your Coach, we're not the seller, and we don't provide coaching, instruction, or supervision.

2. Your account

Each account belongs to a parent or legal guardian, to an athlete who is 18 or older, or — when their coach's program invites them directly — to an athlete 13 to 17 with a parent or guardian's permission. The account holder accepts these Terms and is responsible for the account and for everyone who uses it.

  • Under 13 — a parent or guardian holds the account and must give permission, through a one-time sign-in link we email them, before the athlete gets access. The athlete doesn't have their own login; the parent or guardian's login is the account.
  • 13 to 17 — a parent or guardian holds the account and may add the athlete's own login once they're 14. A program that doesn't sell anything, such as a school team, may instead invite the athlete to hold their own account. If you're 13 to 17 and accept these Terms yourself, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Notice and agrees to you using 4CornersOS.
  • 18 or older — the athlete can hold their own account.

By accepting for a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian. Keep your login to yourself and your details accurate, and tell us or your Coach if you think someone else is using your account. You sign in with a code we email you, a password if you set one, or a one-time sign-in link.

3. Payments

When you pay through 4CornersOS, you're paying your Coach. Payments are processed by Stripe on your Coach's account; we never see or store your card number. If you save a card for next time, Stripe stores it. Before you pay for anything that renews, checkout shows the amount and how often it renews. You can stop future renewals yourself in the portal under Billing & payments, or by asking your Coach. Charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are your Coach's responsibility, subject to the law where you live.

4. Sharing and conduct

Some features show what you post to others — other families in your Coach's portal, or the public, if your Coach publishes a recruiting profile. The Privacy Notice explains who can see what.

In shared spaces: keep it about training, don't repost another athlete's video or information, don't harass or bully anyone, and don't share anyone's private details. Your Coach can remove posts and decide who takes part. Don't upload harmful code, try to reach other coaches' workspaces or other people's accounts, or reverse-engineer the software.

5. Your content

You own what you upload. You give Anvil GTM and your Coach permission to host, store, back up, transmit, display, moderate, and process it as needed to run the software and the features you and your Coach use, for as long as it stays in the service. It isn't permission to use your athlete's image in our marketing.

Only upload what you have the right to share, and don't upload other people's kids without their family's permission. If your Coach shares photos or video through their own social accounts or advertising, that's their activity under whatever you agreed with them — not something this software does.

6. Not medical advice

Nothing in the software — plans, drills, feedback, metrics — is medical advice. Talk to a physician before your athlete starts or changes a training program, and stop and seek care if they're hurt or unwell. Nobody guarantees any particular result, improvement, or scholarship.

7. Liability

WE PROVIDE 4CORNERSOS "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE DON'T GUARANTEE IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. Your Coach — not Anvil GTM — is responsible for the coaching, the facilities, and the safety of in-person activities; we don't employ, supervise, or endorse any Coach.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANVIL GTM ISN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS ARISING FROM TRAINING, COACHING, OR FACILITY USE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO $100, OR WHATEVER YOU PAID ANVIL GTM DIRECTLY IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. This doesn't apply where the law doesn't allow it, and it doesn't limit your Coach's own responsibility to you.

If you upload something you had no right to share, or use the software to break the law or these Terms, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs. That's about misuse, not ordinary use.

8. Ending access

You can stop using the portal any time; ending a purchase or membership is handled with your Coach. Your Coach can end your athlete's participation and portal access under their own policies. We can suspend or close access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or to protect the platform or its users.

9. Sorting out a problem

Email privacy@anvilgtm.com first and we'll try to resolve it directly. Disputes about coaching, purchases, or refunds are between you and your Coach.

If we can't resolve it, you and Anvil GTM agree that any dispute about these Terms or the software goes to binding individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than court — except that either of us can bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or go to court over intellectual property or unauthorized access. The arbitration may be held by videoconference or in the county where you live. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim (and only that claim) proceeds in court. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing privacy@anvilgtm.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out changes nothing else. This section doesn't apply to disputes between you and your Coach.

10. Copyright, changes, and the rest

The 4CornersOS software and brand belong to Anvil GTM; your Coach's materials belong to them. If something here infringes your copyright, email privacy@anvilgtm.com with what the work is and where the material is; we remove infringing material and can end access for repeat infringers.

We update these Terms as the product changes and update the date above when we do. A new version applies to new accounts from its date. If a change materially affects existing accounts, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and continued use after that date means you accept it — except that any material change affecting how we collect or use a child's information requires a parent or guardian's renewed consent first.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You can't transfer your account without our okay; we may assign these Terms to a successor. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between you and Anvil GTM about the software, governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
